One of Khmer words that I like is “Chiamuoy” (ជាមួយ) which means “With.” Whenever we have a meal around a table in Cambodia, we always share dishes and main soup with one another. All are invited to the table and no one is excluded from it. I would call it the “Chiamuoy Spirit.” This also reminds me of the Aloha spirit in Hawaii which is about love, peace, and sharing joy.

In this Chiamuoy spirit, my family and I bless all our friends who always pray for us and support us. Thanks be to God for a blessed connection!

“I will be WITH you always.” (Matthew 28:20b)
